Today In Class

Today was the first day of school, as usual, we went over all the general information for students. Please remember to turn in your forms at the back of your students handbook to your first period teachers tomorrow. Tomorrow is a Day One, so you will be going to periods 1, 3, 5 and 7.

Here are a List of Supplies you will need to get by next week.

-1 1/2″ or 2″ Binder – You will use this for lecture notes and handouts all year
Paper – you need COLLEGE RULED paper
Agenda – you will need this to write homework
– Pens/Pencils – You will be taking notes everyday
– The Princeton Review’s Cracking The AP World History Exam – we will be using this in class periodically. Either the 2010 or 2011 edition will be fine.
Dividers – you will use these to divide lecture notes, hand outs, maps, chapter questions, mini-projects, worksheets, etc.
Colored Pencils – DO NOT get markers. These will be used for map work.

Notes From Your T.A.

If you have not done so, you need to send me an email at APWorldHistory2009@gmail.com with your name, phone number, parent/guardian names, last social studies course taken, and type of computer you will use. The email address you use to send me this email should be one you CHECK EVERYDAY.

You will be getting text books tomorrow.
